Terms of Service

1. The Homie service

Homie helps households coordinate recurring work, including meals, groceries, caregiving, chores, reminders, and shared household information. Homie may communicate through the app, WhatsApp, SMS verification, or other enabled channels.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the account, household, and phone number you provide. Adults managing accounts for children or dependents are responsible for their use.

3. Messaging consent, frequency, and cost

When you request phone verification, Homie may send a one-time security code. Verification messages do not enroll you in recurring SMS.

Recurring automated SMS from Homie are optional and require separate consent through our SMS opt-in page or by texting START to the number shown there. Consent is not a condition of purchase or using Homie.

Message frequency depends on your household activity and settings. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-out and help

Where supported, reply STOP to stop messages and HELP for help. You may also contact meet@m1factory.com. Transactional security messages may still be sent when necessary to protect or verify your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Homie to send abusive, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or access a household without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse Homie’s systems or integrations.
• Invite or message people without the permissions and consent required by law.

6. AI and health-related disclaimers

Homie uses AI and can make mistakes. Suggestions about food, ingredients, allergies, caregiving, schedules, or household safety are informational and are not medical, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice. Always verify important information and ingredients yourself.

Homie is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, M1 Factory, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Homie, including inaccurate suggestions or delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as Homie evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
